Meeting Workforce Demands through Alignment of Workforce and Education

Who is Workforce Partnership?

The Workforce Partnership of Shelby County’s mission is to align our workforce and education systems to respond to the skills needs of business and industry in Shelby County. Schools and industry will work together to build workforce training and 21st-century skills development programs that will prepare students and employees for current and future local jobs.

Our Team

Deb is the Executive Director of Workforce Partnership of Shelby County. She has a background in business, manufacturing and quality systems. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children and granddaughter. When she’s not busy with family, Deb enjoys reading, walking or watching a good movie. Fun fact: Deb completed a zip-line excursion to conquer her fear of heights. While she found the experience exhilarating, she isn’t quite ready to skydive!

Jackie is the Administrative Assistant for Workforce Partnership of Shelby County. She has a background in Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Human Resources. A few of her favorite activities include visiting the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and traveling to her favorite destination Gatlinburg, TN. When not in the office, Jackie can be found spending time with her husband, son and dog.
