What is Hometown Opportunity?

Hometown Opportunity is a great career-oriented asset for Shelby County companies who are recruiting and wanting to retain local talent. Hometown Opportunity also serves Auglaize, Mercer & Darke counties.

The goal of Hometown Opportunity is to ensure that everyone in our local community is aware of the jobs and careers available to them. Our local companies are in need of our local talent, who all too often do not realize the great opportunity right here in our own backyards.
